Hello! I'm Antoniya, and I'm the creator of Tony's Healthy Kitchen.
I have always loved cooking, but when my first child was born, I felt a strong desire to share my passion and inspire others to cook at home and prepare wholesome meals for their families. That's how my blog was born.
Along with the joy of becoming a mother, however, came worries and concerns about my child’s health.
That was when I realized that health is not something we can take for granted - we have to protect and nurture it every day with every choice we make, every bite we take, and every thought we have.
A few years later, I began creating healthy recipes with NO foods like eggs, dairy, gluten, soy, corn, refined sugar, or refined oils.
My aim is to encourage and inspire more people to cook at home and enjoy real, nourishing food.
