Ingredients

1/2 can white beans, drained*
1/2 can chickpeas, drained*
6–7 sun-dried tomatoes, soaked in warm water for a few minutes, oil-free 
3 tsp green olive paste (oil-free)**
5–6 fresh basil leaves
1 tsp dried oregano
2 tsp sesame seeds
1 garlic clove
1 tsp sea salt
Black pepper, to taste
Cayenne pepper (optional)
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1–2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil (optional)
Extra sesame seeds and pomegranate seeds for serving (optional)

This vibrant, creamy dip is a delicious twist on traditional hummus – rich in flavor, naturally plant-based, and full of Mediterranean charm.

A smooth blend of white beans and chickpeas meets sun-dried tomatoes, fresh basil, green olive paste, and lemon juice for a zesty, savory spread that’s perfect for any occasion.

<p class="" data-start="645" data-end="862">Place all ingredients except the olive oil into a blender or food processor. Blend briefly, then add a little water and continue blending. If needed, add 1–2 tbsp of olive oil and blend again until smooth and creamy.
