Ingredients

For the Brussels sprouts:

500 g. Brussels sprouts

sea salt, black pepper

1 tsp. garlic powder

1 tsp. onion powder

1 tsp. paprika

For the sauce:

150 g. raw cashew, soaked in hot water

1 tsp. turmeric powder
-
1 tsp. mustard powder
-
1 garlic clove
-
1/2 tbsp. raw honey
-
juice from 1/2 lemon

While the Brussels sprouts are steaming, you can make the sauce. Combine all ingredients with a little water in a blender until smooth. |

Preheat oven to 190C/ 375F and prepare a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Using a cup, smash the Brussels sprouts until they are flattened slightly. Season with salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. |

Put in the oven and roast for 15-20 min. until crispy. You can also use an air fryer. |

Serve roasted Brussels sprouts with the honey-mustard sauce. |
