In a bowl whisk together almond flour, cacao powder and coconut sugar. Add drops of orange essential oil in the melted coconut oil and add to the dry mixture. Add crushed walnuts and mix well. |

With hands form the mixture as mountain rocks and place them over a plate. Refrigerate for an hour. |

Melt the cacao mass over a double bolier at low heat. Add coconut oil, orange essential oil and maple syrup and mix well. |

Pour chocolate frosting over the mountain rocks. Sprinkle generously with shredded<span> coconut. </span> |
