Ingredients

100 ml. creamed coconut (paste)

1-2 tbsp. maple syrup

15 whole roasted hazelnuts

50 g. desiccated coconut

Place the creamed coconut paste in a small casserole with warm water for 5 minutes. Let the coconut paste melt and look like melted chocolate. |

In a bowl combine coconut paste and male syrup. Whisk together. Scoop the coconut paste and form small balls. Place a whole hazelnut in each ball. |

Roll the balls in the desiccated coconut. Arrange the snowballs onto parchment paper and put them in the fridge to harden. |
