Once it boils, reduce the heat to medium-low to simmer for 25-30 minutes. Whisk continuously until the sauce thickens. |

Add a pinch of salt and bourbon vanilla powder. Whisk again. |

Pour condensed milk into a clean glass jar. Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. |
