Mulberry Balls
I don't know if it's possible to have an easier recipe for energy balls than this one. The raw balls are prepared in seconds and can be served immediately, or keep in a container for a long time, or can be frozen. Mulberry balls are suitable for lunchboxes, trips, climbing, and etc.
When I was a little kid and spent all day outside playing with friends, I ate all the day only fresh mulberries and figs. I climbed the trees and enjoyed the delicious fruits. Years later, mulberry trees are very rare, especially in urban areas.
Mulberry balls are delicious, healthy, energetic, and very easy to make. Enjoy!
