In a bowl mix gluten-free white flour, baking soda, and sea salt. |

In another bowl add coconut oil, coconut sugar, cacao powder, vanilla powder, and molasses. Add the dry ingredients and whisk together. Fold in the chopped chocolate. |

Form cookies with your hands. Makes about 6 cookies. Do not flatten the cookies. |

Bake for 10-12 minutes. Remove from oven transfer to a wire rack and allow cookies to cool completely. Cookies are even more delicious the next day. |
