160 g. chickpea flour

1/2 tsp. sea salt

1/2 tsp. garlic powder

1/3 tsp. cumin powder

1/3 tsp. turmeric powder

2 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil

3-4 tbsp. water

In a bowl mix together chickpea flour, spices, and salt. Stir in olive oil and water and start mixing with a spoon. Then knead with your hands until you get a firm dough. |

Place the dough between two pieces of parchment paper. Start to roll the dough as thin as possible. Cut the dough into desired shapes. I used a cookie cutter in the shape of a rhombus and then divided each cracker to get small triangles. |

Bake in the oven for 7-8 minutes until crispy. |
