250 г. gluten-free oat flour, cassava flour, or einkorn flour (if you eat gluten)

1 tsp. sea salt

50 ml. extra virgin olive oil

70 ml. water

1 tbsp. lutenica

1 tsp. garlic powder

In a large bowl combine flour (that you use), olive oil, water, salt, and garlic powder. Add in also lutenica*. Mix well until all is combined in a ball. |

Roll the dough to 0,5 cm. thick and cut in a shape you desire. Collect leftovers, roll again, and cut again in shapes. |

Transfer the crackers to the baking tray and bake in the oven for 10 minutes. |

*Lutenica is a Bulgarian traditional sauce (paste) made of roasted bell peppers, tomatoes, eggplant, carrots, onion, garlic, and spices. |
