2 bananas
2 kiwis
1 cup mango, fresh or frozen 
1 cup tightly packed spinach  
1/3 cup maracuja, fresh or frozen 
juice from 2 oranges
1 tsp. barley grass juice powder
coconut water or water

Spinach Mango Smoothie

Features

This healing smoothie is a wonderful way to add more leafy greens to our daily diet. The combination of mango, spinach, kiwi, maracuja, barley grass juice powder, orange, and coconut water provides key minerals and antioxidants our bodies deeply need. 

Besides the healing properties of the smoothie, it is the tastiest I've tried recently.

Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. If needed, add water or coconut water to the desired thickness.
