Ingredients

2 cups mango (fresh or frozen)
1 banana
1 cup water
Healing additions:
2 cups of spinach
1 tsp. kelp powder
1 orange, juiced
1/2 cup arugula
1 cm. ginger, peeled
1/2 cup cilantro
1/2 cup aloe vera gel
1/2 cup raspberries

Smoothies are a great way to receive various healing ingredients in one go. To make the thyroid-healing smoothie, use the mango and banana base and add any healing additions. This way you can create smoothies with different tastes and nutrients.

Mangoes contain a tremendous amount of carotene, which restores the spleen and liver, feeds the brain, and purges the lymphatic system of viral waste-matter toxins. They also provide bioactive magnesium and glucose, which calm nerves and aid in sleep issues caused by EBV.
