In a hot pan add a tablespoon of vegetable sunflower oil and fry chopped onion and garlic. |

In a large bowl mix well beef mince, one egg, bread crumbs, and the fried onion and garlic. Add chopped basil leaves. Season with salt and pepper. |

Make small meatballs. |

For the sauce, chop carrots, peppers, and mushrooms. In a hot pot, put a tablespoon of sunflower oil and fry the vegetables. Add canned tomatoes. |

Season with a little sugar, salt, and pepper. Turn the heat down and put the meatballs in the sauce. Cook for about 20-25 minutes. |

Serve with chopped parsley sprinkled on top. |
