250 g. asparagus ends trimmed

2 celery sticks, chopped

1 onion, chopped

2-3 garlic cloves

1 carrot, chopped

2-3 potatoes, chopped

1 tsp. oregano

1 tsp. tarragon

sea salt to taste

At last, add asparagus and steam for 3 to 5 minutes more. |

When they’re ready, remove all vegetables in a blender together with the oregano, tarragon, and sea salt. Add water (from the pot, if left) or homemade vegetable broth. Blend until very smooth. Serve immediately or pour into a pot and bring to a simmer for a later serving. |
